The FCACS cooperates with complementary organizations or programs that support its goals.

At present, these include:

• Fremont County Emergency Management Agency
• SHAred RESources (SHARES) High Frequency (HF) Radio Program, a program of the National Coordinating Center for Communications (NCC), a division of CISA Central.
• Wyoming RACES (Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service), a program of the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security
• Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES), a program of the ARRL
